REGULATIONS Did you know that to comply with LOLER (The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998) all tail lifts must have, by law, at least two Thorough Examinations every year? We have provided this section so that you can get all of the relevant information, from the Health & Safety Executive, with reference to LOLER and PUWER Regulations. It is important to note that weight tests and inspection reports are not statutory ‘THOROUGH EXAMINATION’ reports. All of the documents are saved in Adobe Acrobat Format (pdf), so you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
